- The customer must ensure correct delivery address and contact details. Revive Cafe is not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect information.
5. Refunds and Cancellations
- Refunds are only issued in cases of order errors, non-delivery, or defective/incorrect items.
- Refund requests must be raised within 24 hours of order receipt with valid proof (photo or order number).
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- No refund will be made for customer mistakes or change of mind once order preparation has begun.
