At Revive Cafe, we work hard to prepare and deliver your food fresh and on time. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines how order cancellations and refunds are handled for online, dine-in, and takeaway orders.
1. Order Cancellation
a. Customer-Initiated Cancellations
- Orders can only be cancelled before food preparation begins.
- Once an order has entered the preparation or dispatch stage, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
- To request cancellation, please contact us immediately at support@revivecafe.in or through our customer support number (if applicable).
If your cancellation request is approved before preparation starts, the refund (if any) will be processed to your original payment method.
b. Cancellations by Revive Cafe
We may cancel an order under exceptional circumstances such as:
- Non-availability of a menu item
- Technical errors in pricing or order processing
- Inaccurate or incomplete customer details
- Delivery location outside our coverage area
In such cases, customers will be notified, and a full refund will be initiated within the specified time frame.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds are provided only in the following situations:
- You received the wrong item or missing item(s).
- Your order was not delivered due to an issue from our side or delivery partner.
- You received a damaged or spoiled food item (must be reported within 2 hours of delivery with photo proof).
Once verified, we may offer:
- A replacement of the item(s), or
- A refund to your original payment method.
Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days depending on your bank or payment gateway.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
No refund or cancellation will be provided in the following cases:
- You changed your mind after placing the order.
- Incorrect address or contact information leading to delivery failure.
- Delay caused by weather, traffic, or uncontrollable events.
- Food was consumed or partially eaten before raising a complaint.
4. Third-Party Orders
If you placed your order through a third-party delivery platform (e.g., Zomato, Swiggy, etc.), their respective cancellation and refund policies will apply. Please reach out to their support team directly for resolution.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or report an issue:

- Include your order ID, issue details, and clear photos (if applicable)
- Our team will verify your claim and respond within 24 hours.
