At Revive Cafe, we’re committed to delivering your food fresh, hot, and on time. This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines how we process, prepare, and deliver your orders placed through our website, mobile site, or partnered platforms.
1. Service Availability
Our delivery services are currently available across:
- Noida
- Greater Noida
- Ghaziabad
(Delivery radius may vary by outlet location.)
If your address falls outside our delivery radius, you may still opt for pickup or takeaway from the nearest Revive Cafe outlet.
2. Delivery Timings
- Our standard delivery hours are 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM, 7 days a week.
- Estimated delivery time is typically 25–45 minutes, depending on location, traffic, weather, and order volume.
- During peak hours, weekends, or special promotions, delivery times may be slightly longer.
We strive to ensure all orders reach you within the estimated timeframe.
3. Order Confirmation
- Once you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation via SMS, WhatsApp, or email (depending on platform).
- Orders can only be modified or canceled before food preparation begins. Once preparation starts, cancellations are not possible.
- If payment fails but the amount is debited, contact support@revivecafe.in with your transaction details for resolution.
4. Delivery Process
- Orders are delivered by our in-house riders or authorized third-party delivery partners.
- The delivery partner will contact you upon reaching your location.
- Please ensure your phone is reachable and address details are accurate for smooth delivery.
- If you are unreachable or unavailable at the delivery address, the order may be marked as undeliverable and no refund will be issued once the food leaves the outlet.
5. Delivery Charges
- Delivery fees may apply based on distance, order value, and promotional offers.
- Any applicable delivery or packaging charges will be clearly mentioned at checkout before payment.
- Free delivery may be available during limited-time promotions or for orders above a specified value.
6. Delays and Non-Delivery
While we strive for on-time delivery, delays can occur due to:
- Weather conditions or traffic congestion
- High order volumes during peak hours
- Incorrect address or contact details provided by the customer
In such cases, our team will make every effort to keep you informed and ensure timely resolution.
7. Pickup / Takeaway Orders
If you opt for pickup, please arrive at the outlet within the estimated preparation time mentioned in your confirmation message.
Prepared food will be held for up to 30 minutes after the scheduled pickup time, after which it may be discarded for quality and safety reasons — no refunds will apply.
8. Quality and Freshness Guarantee
All food items are freshly prepared upon order.
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or spoiled item, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with a clear photo and order ID.
We will verify and offer a replacement or refund as applicable.
